Determining Frame & Focus in the Design Thinking Process

In this video, you will learn how to solve big problems by addressing the smaller issues, and it all starts by asking the right questions.

Here’s what we’ll cover in this video:

#1: First, we’ll start by asking, “what is the problem we’re working on?”

#2: Then, we’ll frame the topic by asking “how might we improve XYZ?”

#3: Finally, we’ll narrow down the focus to determine what part of the problem should be addressed. By the end of this video, you will understand how to determine if your frame and focus is too broad or too narrow.
