Ideate

Have big (or small) ideas? In this video, you’re going to learn how to “Ideate” in the design thinking process. Ideation is all about pushing your creativity, and thinking about all your project could be.

Here’s what we’ll cover in this video:

#1: First, you’ll do a quick brainstorming activity - alone or in a group! Make sure you set some ground rules for your team so you all can share openly and honestly (if applicable).

#2: Then, you’ll do a “What If” activity - meaning you’ll purposefully put constraints on your project (no matter how serious or silly) to get you thinking outside the box.

#3: Finally, you’ll learn about what makes an idea “novel” for your user. By the end of this video, you’ll know the methodologies for creating ideas for your user, and also have the tools to pick the top one.
