Educator Spotlight: Don Bickham

Following our MECA Methods workshop with Hogan Preparatory Academy, we had the opportunity to interview one of the educators who completed the training. Don Bickham, Freshmen Seminar Instructor, used what he learned from the workshop to create a new resource plan for his students. Throughout the school year, he plans on developing personalized growth plans for each of his students in tandem with the Child Hope Scale.
